RETURN POLICY

 

There are 3 accepted reasons for returns:

  1. Incorrect size ordered
  2. Wrong item(s) shipped
  3. Manufacturer defect

·         ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION (RMA#)

·         WE DO NOT COVER ANY ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The 2 exceptions to this are:

1.   In the event of a manufacturer defect.

2.   If there is an order processing error on our behalf.

If you need to return a purchased item to us please call (800) 932-2301 and request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from a customer service representative. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Unless exceptions #1 or #2 above apply, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return/exchange. Dependent upon the manufacturer, return shipping addresses may vary. Claims for returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Returns after 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise older than 30 days from receipt may not be returned for credit. Special order items, volume discount items, and custom imprinted or embroidered items are non-returnable except in the event of a manufacturer defect of the garment. Washed, soiled or worn products will not be accepted for credit. All return merchandise must have the original tags and adhesive labels affixed to the garment. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  We recommend that the return be packed in the original box, that you insure the return package with your carrier of choice, and obtain tracking information on the shipment.

A NOTE ABOUT APPROVED REFUNDS:

If you had originally recived FREE SHIPPING on your online order and you are returning an item for any reason, YOUR ACTUAL REFUND WILL BE LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST.
